We are seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to support domestic and international tradeshow logistics for import/export customers and U.S. clients shipping domestically. This role is responsible for coordinating customs clearance, delivery, pickup, and re-export of exhibition shipments while ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant operations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment, builds effective relationships with clients, vendors, drayage providers, and government agencies, and consistently delivers first-class service through both client-facing and behind-the-scenes operational coordination.
